Ova politika objašnjava koje osobne podatke Core Four j.d.o.o. prikuplja putem ove web stranice, u koju svrhu i koja su vaša prava. Privatnost shvaćamo ozbiljno i prikupljamo samo ono što je nužno.

1. Voditelj obrade

Voditelj obrade je Core Four j.d.o.o., Ulica Mije Krešića 24, 10000 Zagreb, Hrvatska (OIB 05787649422). Za sva pitanja o privatnosti pišite na info@core-4.eu.

2. Koje podatke prikupljamo

Putem kontakt obrasca prikupljamo samo podatke koje nam sami dostavite:

• ime i prezime,
• e-mail adresu,
• tip tvrtke i vrstu potrebe (izborno),
• sadržaj vaše poruke.

Ne koristimo kolačiće, analitiku ni alate za praćenje. Vidi Politiku kolačića.

3. Svrha i pravna osnova

Vaše podatke obrađujemo isključivo radi odgovora na vaš upit i komunikacije o mogućoj suradnji. Pravna osnova je vaša privola (čl. 6. st. 1. t. (a) GDPR-a), koju dajete označavanjem privole pri slanju obrasca, te naš legitimni interes za odgovaranje na poslovne upite (čl. 6. st. 1. t. (f)).

4. Obrada putem Web3Forms

Za zaprimanje poruka iz obrasca koristimo servis Web3Forms, koji vašu poruku prosljeđuje na našu e-mail adresu. Pri tome se vaši podaci obrađuju na poslužiteljima koji se mogu nalaziti izvan Europske unije (SAD). Slanjem obrasca slažete se s ovim prijenosom. Više o tom servisu: web3forms.com/privacy.

5. Web fontovi (Fontshare)

Stranica učitava tipografiju sa servisa Fontshare (api.fontshare.com). Pri učitavanju fontova taj poslužitelj može vidjeti vašu IP adresu, no ne postavlja kolačiće niti vas prati.

6. Koliko čuvamo podatke

Podatke iz upita čuvamo onoliko dugo koliko je potrebno za komunikaciju i eventualnu suradnju, a nakon toga ih brišemo. Ako do suradnje ne dođe, upit uklanjamo u razumnom roku.

7. Vaša prava

U skladu s GDPR-om imate pravo na:

• pristup svojim podacima,
• ispravak netočnih podataka,
• brisanje ("pravo na zaborav"),
• ograničenje obrade,
• prigovor na obradu,
• povlačenje privole u svako doba.

Zahtjev možete poslati na info@core-4.eu. Također imate pravo podnijeti pritužbu nadzornom tijelu — Agenciji za zaštitu osobnih podataka (AZOP), azop.hr.

This policy explains which personal data Core Four j.d.o.o. collects through this website, for what purpose, and what your rights are. We take privacy seriously and collect only what is necessary.

1. Data controller

The data controller is Core Four j.d.o.o., Ulica Mije Krešića 24, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia (OIB 05787649422). For any privacy enquiries, write to info@core-4.eu.

2. What data we collect

Through the contact form we collect only the data you provide yourself:

• your name,
• your e-mail address,
• company type and type of need (optional),
• the content of your message.

We use no cookies, analytics or tracking tools. See our Cookie Policy.

3. Purpose and legal basis

We process your data solely to respond to your enquiry and to communicate about possible cooperation. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), given by ticking the consent box when submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Processing via Web3Forms

To receive messages from the form we use the Web3Forms service, which forwards your message to our e-mail address. In doing so your data may be processed on servers located outside the European Union (USA). By submitting the form you agree to this transfer. More about the service: web3forms.com/privacy.

5. Web fonts (Fontshare)

The site loads its typography from the Fontshare service (api.fontshare.com). When fonts load, that server may see your IP address, but it does not set cookies or track you.

6. How long we keep data

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed for communication and any cooperation, after which we delete it. If no cooperation follows, we remove the enquiry within a reasonable period.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

• access your data,
• rectify inaccurate data,
• erasure ("right to be forgotten"),
• restrict processing,
• object to processing,
• withdraw consent at any time.

You can send a request to info@core-4.eu. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), azop.hr.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update.
